We serve Ven on a plate

During your stay on the island it is impossible not to notice all the available produce and wilderness. All year round, we are offered completely up-to-date possibilities when composing the seasonal menu.

With a starting point in the Scandinavian kitchen, we curate a special four course menu from the best produce of the day every evening.

- Matjes herring, potatoes, pickled onion, chives, dill & browned butter

- Ravioli filled with wild garlic, herb pesto, spring vegetables & vegetable broth

- Saddle of lamb, green asparagus & spring greens

- Beeswax ice cream, poached rhubarb & Jerusalem artichoke
