A good breakfast should provide energy and strength for the day ahead, but also the desire and taste to visit us. We take a certain pride in baking our own bread and, as far as possible, we also make our own jams, juices, pickled vegetables and vegan options alongside our local cheeses and charcuteries that set the foundations of our breakfast.

There once was a baker...
...down in our basement. We take great pride in baking our bread and our sweets from scratch. We like to experiment, so our baked goods often vary in taste and shape. But, they all have one thing in common - they spread that sweet freshly baked smell all through the inn.
Sometimes we need something extra
On the first day of the year and when larger parties wish,
we create a rustic, locally produced brunch in combination with breakfast. Often the brunch is ordered as an extra highlight to end a celebration or an otherwise festive stay with us.
